Mr. Reser is a registered professional engineer with over 28 years experience as a construction diver, specializing in underwater structural inspection and underwater structural rehabilitation. He is a U.S. Navy trained construction diver with experience planning and conducting diving operations worldwide. His civilian experience has been exclusively devoted to underwater inspection, structural design and rehabilitation, and bridge scour evaluation.
