Mr. Reser is a registered professional engineer with over 27 years experience as a construction diver, specializing in underwater structural inspection and underwater structural rehabilitation design. He is U.S.-Navy trained with experience planning and conducting diving operations worldwide.

Jeff Zawacki has been a commercial diver for over 29 years, and possesses expertise in underwater construction and inspection. He has performed and supervised dives on inland rivers in 26 states in a variety of conditions, providing a vast perspective of operational requirements.

Andrew Young has 5 years of commercial diving experience, performing underwater bridge inspections across the nation in a multitude of environments. He is also certified as a Level 1 Climber by the Society for Professional Rope Access Technicians (SPRAT).

Donald Roberts is a commercial diver with six years of experience in complex diving. He is an expert in underwater video and still photography in a variety of conditions to include zero visibility and fast water.

Frederick Meek has seven years of commercial diving experience with extensive inland diving experience in limited visibility conditions. He is also a certified Red Cross Instructor in CPR, First Aid, Oxygen Administration, and Automated External Defibrillator.

Bradley Wolfe has seven years of commercial diving experience, consisting of various types of underwater inspections across the country as well as overseas. He also has experience coordinating logistics and managing the dive equipment for inspection teams.
